  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days depending on the location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 2,500. A standard delivery fee applies otherwise.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to peak seasons, holidays, or delays by the courier service.
  • Accurate Information: Ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and postal code are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect information.
  • Multiple Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. Separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer options like replacement items, store credit, or a full refund.
